10 HP Travaini TRVA 50-220 liquid ring vacuum pump built into oil seal liquid ring configuration. Includes pump, motor, coupler, baseplate, oil tank with coalescing filter, air cooled radiator with fan, temperature safety, vacuum gauge, temperature gauge, control panel with HOA switch, vacuum switch, motor starter with overload relay for main motor and fan motor. Unit was rebuilt, which required new bearings and seals in the vacuum pump, new motor bearings, and replacement of filter elements. Pump is rated at 155 ACFM, will reach about 28.7 In Hg. blank off vacuum. Motor is 208-230/460 volt, nameplate amps 30 - 28/14 with 1.15 service factor. Tested at 460 volts. Amp draw peaked at 15.1 average at 10 - 24 In Hg. Amp draw is lower at less or more vacuum. Unit stabilized at 150 Deg. F oil temperature in 75 Deg. F ambient room. Oil seal liquid ring pumps are very durable since they have one moving part and no sliding wear. They are not damaged by water or soft solid ingestion, since the pump is the same design as a water seal liquid ring. Will give 1 year pro-rated warranty. If the pump fails in less than one year, return it for evaluation. If not abused, I will refund your purchase price in proportion to time left in the year.
