It includes the outer housing, channel lens, maxtrac decal, push buttons, volume knob, speaker, display board and mic jack/volume control board. Replace your worn faceplate or upgrade your 2 or 6 channel radio to full buttons and display board, if you're into codeplug hacking. It installs with 2 screws and connect the 3 wiring plugs.
