Tektronix 11402 DC–1GHz. Digitizing Oscilloscope Main Frame This is a Tektronix 11402 Digitizing Oscilloscope that appears to be in good operating condition.. I powered this unit on and it passes self test and as far as I can tell it appears to pass Extended Diags. I executed the Extended Diags and got no errors. The touch panel works to enter and travel thru the menu items. There are no plugs included and this limits the testing I could do.
