Special washers aid final micro adjustment and insures that adjustments will stay in place. It features ball bearings and measures 80mmx80mmx10mm. The paddle is in perfect condition, and with a talented operator, can be used to send morse code in excess of 50 wpm. I wanted a more colorful pair of paddle handles so I manufactured my own, of a different style and color. Both are carefully polished and I believe add a nice contrast to the black enamel coated steel base. You receive both the original clear paddle handles, and my custom made ones. To keep the paddle dust free, I had a plexiglass cover custom made for it. It fits over the top to keep dust and dirt off. These are no longer being manufactured by the maker. This paddle, being single lever, does not send iambic code. Gordon is still making paddles, but because of his world-wide reputation for quality, there is a long waiting list to receive one. I had to wait over one year to receive mine. I am reluctantly selling it because I have not been active lately, and I hate to see it sitting unused.
