I personally have 400 plus hours on my set now and pad and pivot pin wear is under 20 %I run them on all types of surfaces, brushmowing, general dirt work, rentals, you name it. Rockwell 48 to 52 hardness, long wearing and lighter weight then its compeditors, makes putting tracks off and on much easier if you have a flat or need to install or remove for various jobs. Less weight also improves your floatation in soft soil or mud, Isn't that why you run tracks in the first place?Less weight is easier on the loader, saves fuel. Tracks greatly increase the loaders ability to push, makes filling the bucket or moving around your jobsite easy. Protects the tires and reduces wear. Can add or remove pads to make these any length required, in case you want to use on them another machine.Easily assembled or rebuilt/repaired in the field.
