Model 100-S Manual rotary draw tube & pipe bender. Able to bend up to 180 degrees plus spring back without stopping. Unlike the competitors, there are no pins to move and the tube releases quickly, without partial machine disassembly. The Model 100-S has a slim design yet strong enough to bend up to 1" schedule 40 pipe, 1-1/2" chromolly (up to .083 WT), and 1-3/4" tube (up to .095 WT) mild steel. (Larger capacities are doable with added strength and/or a longer lever) The tooling is the same as used on all RMD Benders so one could upgrade or add other RMD Benders and use the die sets interchangably. New feature allows user to by pass the ratcheting mechanism for fast easy bends on soft materials like copper tubing. MADE IN AMERICA!
