See pic's for outward appearance. Structural condition is in excellent shape. Outside cosmetics rated Fair. Carpeting, Wall & Ceiling Panels are all in good shape with a clean appearance. Notice 2 outside door-top light fixtures need to be put back in place along with some interior fixtures (see pic's). A good cleaning with a little buttoning up will be all she needs. Unit was just recently put out of service due to completion of classroom renovations by our local school district.
