The Bohn Mullion-Aire Unit Cooler is designed for mounting behind the mullions of Reach-ins, Dough Retarders and Pass-thru refrigerators. The air is drawn in through the fan at the top and discharged at the bottom of the unit. The long cabinet assures good air distribution by preventing short circuiting. The finned coil is protected by the exclusive BOHN KOTE finish - a special gray vinyl plastic coating which prevents deterioration of the coil due to attack by acids present in salad reach-ins and other food service and storage applications. The Mullion-Aire units are NSF approved and UL listed.
