BriStone l is the foundation of the BriStone system. Oxalates are used to clean the surface while the inorganic solids are introduced to the pores. These inorganic solids do not create a film over the surface but form an ionic bond with the substratum allowing it to breathe, expand, and contract naturally. If the surface has any remaining polymers it will turn a white color. This warning system guarantees the highest quality bond possible. BriStone l is used to prepare the surface by cleaning and filling the pore. BriStone l is designed to be applied once during the life of your floor. In extreme cases, if the floor surface is exposed to high concentrations of acid and/or similar agents a reapplication may be necessary.
