This listing is for a Gigatronics 8541C power meter. This power meter has been throughly tested and is guaranteed to be fully functional, without defect and able to pass calibration for 30 days. This scope is in fair cosmetic condition with the top cover paint having many scrapes as pictured. Power cord and .pdf manual are included.
