DMS-20PC-7-DCM DC Monitor - 36-75VDC 13mA Max GND A028 Made in USA monitor measures 11/4" wide by 15/16" tall by 7/8" deep It comes with France custom mounting. The voltmeter starts reading at 36V and reads up to 75VCD. The display shows a dash or minus sign preceeding the voltage, but the meter reads positive voltage between 36 and 75. This monitor was purchased from Elgin Warren Power Systems, a company that manufactured power systems for the telecommunication industry. Items like these were used by the company's technical department at the time it went bankrupt. It has a red plastic case and a brass colored mounting back included.
