This is a 2.5 in. 30/1 NRM plastic extruder it has been completly gone through and can be seen running on DVD or in person if you want. This machine has a NEW AC FREQUENCY DRIVE, NEW 60 HP MARATHON HEAVY DUTY MOTOR WITH THERMAL PROTECTION, NEW TEMPCO 1900 CONTROLS, NEW MERCURY RELAYS, NEW BREAKERS, NEW CONECTION WIRING. The screen changer is a berlyn slide plate type, we resurfaced the slide and resurfaced the bronze bushings, it also can be seen running on the dvd. the l/d of this machine is 30 to 1 , it is vented. There are 2 screws for the machine 1 is for general purpose resin polypropylene, high and low density polyetholyne, polycarbonate, and polystyrene and the other is for Nylon and ABS.
