This is Praxair ProStar pressure regulator with a CGA580 gas fitting. It has a 0-4000psi (0-28000kPa) pressure gauge on the input. There is also a 30" - 30PSI (-100 - 200kPa) pressure gauge with shutoff on the output. There is also a pressure relief valve on the bottom. It was used on a Helium tank for helium leak testing and is a good, non leaking regulator. It says Model 4021391-75-000. It says maximum inlet pressure 3000 PSI.
