This is a vintage scientific instrument. I don't know exactly what it does but I'm sure that all of those scienticians out there do. The wood box is nice with some surface rust to the metal parts,there is a 10ml glass flask,and the paperwork is pretty neat,instructions sheet and catalog ordering form. The color disc wheel (inside) has yellow/greenish discs and reads Chlorine 26mm viewing depth. Never a reserve.
