36 pieces nice General Electric Japanese made 6GK5 6FQ5 new old stock tubes, in the original boxes, as shown. Tubes were made in the 1970's. Tubes are tested and test within normal factory tolerance (20%) of each other for transconductance. These also sub for 6ER5 and EC95 tube types. Typically used in VHF RF amplifiers and Conrad Johnson audio preamplifiers. High gain (mu = 70) and high transconductance ( Gm 15,000 umho or S 15 ma/V), for use in low noise, high gain preamp stages. If you have equipment that uses lots of 6GK5 tubes, here's your chance to stock up on some at a reasonble price! Only $2.95 apiece, or make me an offer for a bunch! The digital picture may make the grey-dot pattern on the boxes blotchy-looking. In person, the boxes look like regular GE boxes. I believe by the appearance that these tubes were made by Hitachi. The Japanese made good quality tubes, so if the fact that they're labelled "Made In Japan" doesn't bother you, you can save some money using these instead of US or European made ones.
