The unit has a 3.0 GPM pump to produce the static load required to test all hoses to all NFPA and RMA standards quickly and efficiently. In the event of a blown hose line or a separation at a coupling, the low pump capacity all but eliminates the wild thrashing of the line greatly reducing the chances of injuries. Pump 0-500+ PSI Twin Piston, high pressure, 3.0 GPM, direct drive pump. Piping All piping is 1 schedule 40 galvanized pipe, with 1 brass-stainless steal full port valves. Motor 1 HP 1725 RPM, is mounted directly to the high pressure pump through a 5/8 stainless steel shaft. He motor has a capacitor-start, is totally enclosed and can cooled (TEFC) with double-shielded and NEMA 56 Frame. The motor is built for continuous duty, on 60Hz at 115/230 volt, and draws 13.6/6.8 amps. The motor is double shielded with a manual thermal reset switch. Base Heavy duty, all steel, 28 x 16 easy to roll around cart base. It is equipped with two rear wheels and stationary front legs with 30 high cart handle. Size 30 W x 18 D x 32 H and weighs approximately 145lbs.
