This cutter was purchased for a job, taken out of the package & never used. It comes with a black holster that has a belt loop on the back, and clasp to keep the cutter from falling out. Although this cutter has never been used, there are a few scuffs on the tool from moving and storage. Otherwise, it is in perfect condition - it has never cut anything.
