BrecoFlex SMT Universal Belt Tension Meter This is a BrecoFlex SMt Belt Tension Meter. It is like new, it may never have been used. I pushed the button and it lit up but I have no idea how to test this. According to the instructions this tests the belt tension while the belt is stopped, without touching it by some resonance method. Gee whiz. This is straight from the engineering lab at a defunct company. It may require calibration or service to be used in a lab environment. No surprise there. That kind of flaw is not guaranteed by us.
