The contractor is the Griffith Construction Company working on the Cajalco Dam and Reservoir project. Inside a story detailing the grading of the Knoxville Airport in Tennessee. Lots of material and photos of vintage machinery in this in this 36 page magazine. A great item for the construction equipment history buff!
