The small holes shown in the labels are for the sold-out light(s) to shine through, and are pre-punched by the label manufacturer. Some of the pictures are taken with the pieces from the sold-out holes in place, and in some the holes show as open. If these labels are punched but the piece is in place, I'll send them that way, but most fall out. Some labels don't have this hole, so if one is needed, you can use a single hole punch from an office supply store. First class mail at 61 cents takes 3 to 5 days in the continental US, and first class parcel takes 5 to 7 working days. Orders for 3 or more sets automatically go out as parcel due to weight. We have had the occasional package take slightly longer, so if you prefer the lower cost without tracking, you may need to allow extra time for parcel.
