Injection Molding Plant Capability There are total 69 injection molding machines with the clamping force ranged from 80 Tons to 1600 Tons which were directly imported from Japan JSW, Toshiba, Mitsubishi and Nissei. The plant can process variant of special injection molding processing including Overmolding processing, Double color molding processing, Insert molding processing, Structural foam molding processing, IMD molding processing(In-mold Decoration), Stack mould molding processing and Gas assisted molding processing. The plant also has the capability for the plastic surface processing, such as Silkscreen printing, Hot stamping printing, Pad printing, Hot transferable printing, Sonic Welding and spray painting line for TV and air conditioner. Injection Machine Specification All of our team members are from plastic injection molding ry and mould manufacturing factory. We were Project Manager, Project Engineer, Mould Design Engineer and Quality Engineer who had been worked in the famous companies in China for more than 5 years.
