In Great Shape needs a good Cleaning. I purchased this item for my restaurant but closed before I hooked it up. It was new 3 years ago and used by a small local place that did chicken and subs. The unit was purchased direct from McCormick Distributing an authorized Broaster Dealer for Iowa. If you are in their market area they will come out and provide training and support for use this unit if you sell Broaster Branded products. If you have used this type of pressurized fryer before you know that they do a great job on Chicken and many other food items as well. I will deliver this item for $25.00 within 50 miles of Dubuque, Iowa, $75.00 for 50 to 100 miles, $150.00 for 100 to 200 miles. The item is also available for local pickup at no cost.
