HP 16532A 16500 Digitizing Oscilloscope Module 250MHz Tested! Working! Stored in Anti-Static Bag! Up for grabs is an HP 16532A 16500 Digitizing Oscilloscope Module 250MHz. It is in excellent physical condition and is fully working. I tested the unit by installing it in an hp 16500b logic analysis system and running the module test. All tests were passed.
