Included are wet stamped engineering plans for both the structure and foundation. Our engineers are licensed in all 50 states. Erection is simple with our easy to follow instruction manual. Our kits are made of lightweight galvanized steel that bolt together and require no welding. Galvanized steel means no wood rot and no termite protection needed.
