It will hold both itself and the workpiece on any flat ferrous surface, including a permanent magnet chuck (without energising the chuck). There are two vees. The smaller model is intended for workpieces up to 20mm in diameter and the larger model is intended for workpieces up to 65mm in diameter. The vees and faces are energised or de-energised simultaneously. It is sometimes advantageous to use two Magnetic Vee Blocks together (matched pairs are available). Note: Not suitable for the rotation of workpieces for inspection. I HAVE MANY MANY MORE PARALLELS , PARALLEL SETS, BLOCKS,1-2-3 BLOCKS AND MATCHED SETS OF 2 AND 4 PLUS V-BLOCKS, AND SETS OF V-BLOCKS TO LIST KEEP WATCHING!
