You are looking at a Henny Penny fryer dump table. The Henny Penny DT-221 is a heavy-duty, mobile dump table with a specially designed dump pan for use adjacent to Henny Penny fryers. Sturdy welded stainless steel construction. Stainless steel dumping pan features flared sides that help accumulate product with less waste and damage. Dump pan holds one 18 x 26 in. (457 x 660 mm) sheet pan. Dump pan detaches for easy cleaning. Removable pan rack inserts hold up to five full size sheet pans. Four swivel casters, two locking.
