I've ("mechanically") taken the IT-28 completely apart. Checked all componets and replaced where needed. Cleaned and polished everything down to the smallest screw. I've re-calibrated the IT-28. It's in perfect working condition. One of the pictures shows a .02 uf capacitance ( from a 1% Decade Capacitance Box) being checked. You can see the eye tube open at .02 uf on the scale. I will include a complete copy of the manual. The "operation" section of the manual gives you a detailed description on how to use the IT-28. E-mail me if yuo have any questions.
