* Hinges are manifactured by Hager Hinge located in St. Louis Mo. * There are 3 Hinges to a set which are 4" x 4" and have 8 holes on per hinge with 5/8" rounded corners. * 24 # 8 x 1" brass Phillips head wood screws are included with each set * Designed for Commercial or Resindential for interior as well as exterior use. Hinges will be sold in sets 3 only. These hinges were orginally installed with doors during construction about 3 months ago, Owner changed all hardware to rubbed oil bronze. Some of these hinges have a lite coating on clear sealer on them which does not hurt the opperation in any way. Currently I have 8 sets of 3 and expecting to have more in the next few days.
