USED, Carter Hoffmann Rethermalization and Holding System. This is a custom made unit. It's a Carter Hoffmann Model RTH6(bottom) & RTH9(top). These pieces come bolted together. In excellent working condition and shape. * Construction: Completely welded cabinet with outer cabinet formed and welded to base. All seams turned in to eliminate raw edges. Exposed fasteners tamper resistant. * Cabinet Material: Nickel-bearing type 300 series s/s. 20 gauge polished exterior wall and 20 gauge interior. * Base Frame: 12 gauge s/s full depth caster bolsters with 14 gauge s/s perimeter supports welded to bolsters. * Casters: 5" diameter industrial grade caster with polyurethane tread. Derlin sleeve axle bearing and double ball bearing swivel. Zerk grease fittings. Plate mounted and bolted to base in offset "wheel ahead" pattern. Two casters fitted with brakes. * Insulation: High density, continuous wrap-around type fiberglass insulation; 2" thick in sides, bottom and top. * Door: Non-removable welded double panel s/s. 20 gauge polished exterior and 20 guage interior, Filled with 2" thick high density fiberglass insulation. 270 degree door swing. * Hinges: 12 gauge s/s hinges with 3/8" diameter s/s pins, fully welded and bolted to cabinet and doors. * Gasket: High temperature silicone gasket mounted to cabinet. * Latch: Heavy-duty edge mount latch with magnetic catch. * Controller: Solid state electronic temperature controller with digital display programmable to store up to 12 four-step heat/hold cycles. * Heating System: Top mounted heater secured in place with tamper resistant screws. Inconel-sheathed heating elements. High impedance protected, internally cooled fan motor. Precision engineered interior heat duct system. * Performance: Capable of heating from 70 degree F (21 degrees C) to 200 degree F (90 degree C) in 5 minutes with a differential of + or - 2 1/2 degrees F.
