The new 24" Toolsaver-1 comes with elastic cord that is sewn into the webbing which allows the Toolsaver-1 to stretch an additional 5" inches. It easily attaches to your belt, ladder, or any place you need to hang your tool. The cord loop is 8" long and the webbing loop is 3" long.
