Folger Adam HES Electric Strike 310-3-1 New in Box Non Fail Safe 24VDC LCBM DBS (DBM) DEADBOLT MONITOR These Strikes have the DBM option (Dead Bolt Monitor) These strikes are HANDED and handing CANNOT be changed in the field. Look at the picture to verify handing. These are Right Hand which means the door hinges on the right and pushes away from you as you enter. It could also be hinged on the left and pull towards you to enter. If your mortise lock has the deadbolt under the latch bolt, handing is backward. The reason I have these strikes is that they were ordered for the wrong hand! STRIKEs WITHOUT DBM CAN BE HANDED IN THE FIELD This massive electric strike is designed to accommodate a mortise lock with a deadbolt. The strike will only unlock the latch. If the deadbolt is extended, the door will remain locked. This strike includes LCBM which is a series of microswitches which can be monitored to show that the strike itself is locked (Latch Cam not released) and that the door is closed (by virtue of the deadlatch pressing the trip switch in the strike pocket.) If you don t want or need LCBM, simply don t use the wires. The PC option included is a Molex Plug which can be used for quick disconnect. This would be useful to swap stikes quickly for testing on a large installation. apC/8X AS0074-00 These are US26D Finish or US32D Finish.
