This is a Wavetek CT3500 Cellular Test System for non-wireline or wireline systems, with the 12V Power Supply. Measures Tx Power 0.1mW to 10W, Tx Freq.824.030 to 848.970 MHz. Tx output –50 to –120dBm at 869.030 to 893.970 MHz. Measure VSWR, SINAD, SAT, ST, Audio Deviation. It powers up and goes through all of the cycling which you can do without an external connection.
