This is a brand new RoHS 801 SMD HOT AIR REWORK STATION This new design has very direct and easy control temperature and air flow control design. This low cost unit yet capable for RoHS soldering give very high value for technician need to perform the hot air rework in budget, yet robust and reliable way. This low cost version is only remove the fancy display feature, remain pump and component is still remain the same parts we use for much more expensive rework station. Hot air temperature: ~100C ~480C (based on A1126 nozzle) Power consumption: 300W max (off unit cooling: 4 W) Air volume: 23 liter/min (maximum, adjustable) Size: 142.5(W) x 123(H) x 185(D) mm Unit weight: 2.6kg + 100g blow gun Following is the simple instruction of use, this machine can get your work quickly start and perform the work without learning. 1. Install the nozzle, turn ON the unit, and wait for the unit heat up. 2. The heating LED turn ON, in few second, the Hot Air start blowing; you can then adjust the temperature and air flow. 3. Use the supplied IC puller, place under the IC and use the nozzle to blow the solder area. (do not allow the nozzle touch the IC) 4. When all the solder melt, tick up the IC puller, the IC should be remove freely. 5. Close the unit, the unit heater will off immediately, but the pump will be remain turn ON for some time, which cool down the blow gun and the heater, DO NOT UNPLUG the power at this time, wait for the unit will turn off the PUMP and the unit automatically. 6. after the PUMP turn off automatically, you may disconnect the power cable, or leave it unit next use. 1 x 801 RoHs hot air SMD reworks station 2 x standard 3mm /4mm round Nozzle (New rohs 801 auto smd bga rework soldering station was posted and is owned by: Aurelia Fitzpatrick) |
