This is a 1944 2N with a sherman step up transmission giving it 6 speeds forward and 2 in reverse. It is a good work tractor, strong smooth lift, good clutch, steering system and brakes. The engine will need a valve job sometime as some oil is getting past the stems and making it smoke some, but they are not burnt and the engine runs strong and has good oil pressure. The lower part was rebuilt about a year ago and various oil seals and gaskets were replaced, also a new radiator, water pump, muffler, coil and other ignition parts, etc. The tractor is good and clean with only very minor oil seeps. the paint, tires, sheet metal and other cosmetics are about average. The grader blade is a basic duty 6 foot with side sliding feature, it is almost new. The tractor's electrical system is still the original 6 volt. It starts good even when hot.
