We got this from the spare parts crib at a closed plastic extrusions plant. The bag is still sealed. It is a Model TSD-050-05-2-U, part No FTS7300C-00. The box says "Baldor Drives Center Repair Dept" so I assume that it was sent in for repair and returned to the plant. Input is 120 volts at 5 amps, output is 50 Volts DC.
