You are looking at an On-Q Basic 1 x 9x Telephone punch down block. This works perfectly and is in great shape. This includes the brackets to mount in a smart wiring box (smart panel). This includes the 8-way video spilitter (not pictured). Have up to 4 lines distributed to 9 different locations. Easily expandable to a second module. It also has a security system on/off switch if you have a home security system that is monitored through your phone lines. This has been stored in a non-smoking, non-pet household.
