You are considering a Merrill Bros., No. 3, Duplex Hand Grip Clamp. This item is believed to be unused, out of it's original box. The body shows some light scratching from being moved around. The grip wheels are sharp and still have their original paint. Hand grip clamps are designed to carry or pull any object that will fit into its jaws (example: steel plate, sheet metal, tin, etc.) They grip automatically and can be released by pushing in on the handle. I could not find any information on this particular brand and model, but I did find the following information on a similar item mfg by Campbell. Please use this as reference only.
