This is a small air Booster. It is marked Humphrey Kalamazoo, MI. ?50A W/ Booster. I purchased it with a bunch of bimba air cylinders and they were working at the time. It is dirty and needs cleaning. It measures 1 and 1/2" in diameter and approx. 3" tall and it has a air dryer on the back and some brass fittings. Thanks, Amy
