Antimicrobial/Low VOC/Low Odor Our very best 100% acrylic latex enamel is Antimicrobial, Low VOC (volatile organic compounds), Low Odor and features a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This product contains Bio-Pruf antimicrobial agents which provide long-lasting inhibition of the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold, and mildew on the paint film. ePaint is formulated and designed to address the needs of the architectural and interior design communities, and professional contractors who have environmental concerns in their application. Ideal for use in health care institutions, educational institutions, retail & commercial shops, business offices, service and rental, and residential dwellings. ePaint is Environmentally Friendly and features, Low Odor & Low VOC technology, Soap and Water Clean Up, Easy Application, Extreme Durability, Spatter Resistant, High Hide, and is an extremely Washable and Scrubbable coating. Also available in 1FP00 Flat, 1SP00 Semigloss. Substrates include interior walls, ceilings, and woodwork as well as masonry, block, plaster, drywall, sheetrock, steel, and composition wallboard. 2. Hundreds of colors can be matched using the H-I-S color match system. Surface must be clean and dry. All substrates must be cleaned free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, soap residue, wax, flaking paint, chalk, mildew, or other contaminants that might impede adhesion. Scuff sand slick, hard, glossy surfaces to promote adhesion. Refer to Surface Preparation Guide for more detailed instructions. MixingMixing: Hand stir each container thoroughly before using and occasionally while applying. No thinning usually required. If necessary, thin with up to one pint of water to each gallon of paint. Application: Apply using a high quality brush, roller or by spray. For airless application, use a 0.013-0.015" tip @ 1800 psi. Coverage: One gallon will cover approximately 400 square feet per coat on smooth surfaces. Coverage figure does not include spray loss, loss due to surface porosity, surface irregularities, nor material loss when mixing. Cleanup: Clean spills, spatters, hands, tools and other equipment promptly with warm soapy water. Give spray equipment a final flush with mineral spirits to help prevent corrosion. Follow manufacturer s safety recommendations when using mineral spirits. Dispose of used paint and waste in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Application Precautions & Limitations: Apply when surface, air and product are above 50 F and at least 5 F above the dew point. Not for use on wood, metal, or other surfaces that are constantly damp or wet. Do not use on floors or steps.
