NWANTENNAS WORLD SHORTWAVE LISTENER ANTENNA TESTED AND READY TO HEAR THE WORLD! This is a wideband LW, MW and SW high performance dipole type receiving antenna. It will effectively receive signals on all SWL frequencies. This antenna is approximately 60 feet in length when installed horizontal (flat top). The elements are strong #12 black insulated flexwire. The center tee housing has a high quality SO239 connector, eyelet for easy hanging and is totally sealed to keep moisture out . The element insulators are installed all that is required is to string it up connect your 50 ohm coax and your ready to listen. The secret to our SWL antenna is our low loss-matching transformer design. To obtain a highly effective antenna it is necessary to have a properly designed transformer in order to reject unwanted noise and provide proper matching to the wide range of impedances of the antenna to the receiver. Installation is easy and can be installed, horizontal (flat top) - Inverted Vee- "L" shape or as a Sloper A booklet is provided with each antenna, which includes easy step-by-step antenna set-up instructions and other valuable hard to find short-wave listening information.
