I purchased this actuator thinking that I would use it but haven't so my loss is your gain. I do not have the box it came in. Its a model #CA2B50-50 SMC pnuemantic actuator. I have to tell you that if you aren't familiar with this brand it is not made in China (against what the sticker says). This actuator is assembled here in the states (which to most means a lot). This model does not have the mounting bracket legs that goes out at a 90 degree angle. It does have a 4 bolt bracket to the front by the piston that runs horizontal to the body.
