Used Santec ST-20T 2m VHF radio. I am not sure of the output power as I no longer have a watt meter and can not test it. I do not have the battery pack but have used this radio with an external power supply for packet. * 6 watts high power at 9.6 Vdc * 5 watts high power at 13.2 Vdc * .5 watts low power at 9.6 Vdc I have a old photocopy of the manual that I will include.
