Our tests are minimal and our pricing reflects it - you should expect to pay much more for fully tested, certified and/or new units. Typical packing policy is to cover/wrap item in protective plastic (or static barrier, as appropriate) prior to placing in packing material (some items are placed into protective sleeves - not all items are packaged separately) with a foam/peanut barrier surrounding the item on all sides (as per standard packing guidelines). All units are 100% guaranteed to look, perform and function as stated here (in this ad description, photos and associated question/answers). If, WHEN YOU REMOVE THE ITEM FROM THE PACKAGING, you find, that the unit does not function/perform as described, let us know immediately. Be sure you are testing only the functions/features stated here, as we make no claims, express nor implied, that the item does anything more than directly stated here.
