Qty4: Vf Matched Mullard OA81 Germanium Signal Diodes A Matched Quartet of Used Mullard OA81 Signal Diodes This is four items of used, original Mullard OA81 germanium point contact signal diode which have been matched for forward voltage Vf at 0.75mA and room temperature using a standard diode tester. This makes them suitable for use in the bridge rectifier ring configuration used in passive ring modulators and other analogue audio processing schemes where Vf matching is important. They have been sorted into sixteen 10mV bins between 340 and 500mV. You don't get a choice of bin, but you do get four diodes matched to within 10mV. There was a fairly (surprising) even distribution across these bins with the random selection of diodes that I started with. There is some small flaking of the black paint on some items as you might expect with such original devices.
