Momentary (Jumper selectable) B. Momentary (with timer setting from 1 and up to 40 seconds) 2 Remote controls (metallic finish) 1 Quick connector for powering receiver 1 12 VDC transformer 1000 Ma, new in blister pack Magnetic lock can be operated in 3 ways : A. Momentary - Pressing the unlock key button on the remote and holding it pressed, allows lock to be demagnetized for as long as the unlock key is pressed. B. Momentary with timer - Pressing the unlock key button on the remote just once, and allowing the timer on the receiver to work and keep the lock demagnetized for as long as the timer has been set. C. Latch - selecting latch (by jumper) allows the magnetic lock to work under on-off operation. Push the unlock button and it unlocks (it stays unlocked), until the lock button is pushed for the mag lock to lock back up again). The dimensions of the receiver are 1.5 x 2.5 x 3/4 Other uses for the receiver and remotes are for opening slide or swing gate openers, garage doors, all you need is the receiver, the 2 remotes, the quick connector, and the supplied 12 VDC transformer. You only need one transformer to operate this system. Once you hook up the transformer to the receiver, the relay inside the receiver is energized to power the magnetic lock (or electric strike). The push button (N/C) is also wired in series with the magnetic lock wiring. What you see in the picture is what you will get. Full technical support, if required, will be provided for the operation of this system. All codes in the receiver and the remotes are clean, and ready to operate.
