NOS octet of high quality 6N1P-EB tubes. These tubes were made in year 1979 by the Voskhod factory in the former Soviet Union. They have the factory's famous 'Rocket' emblem printed on glass as well as the „OTK†technical quality control mark. These are the better quality 'EB' version tubes (‘E’ designator means „extended life†and ‘B’ – improved mechanical constriction). They have chrome plated pins also. All tubes are from one OEM packaging box (i.e from one production batch). They were tested for leakage and conductance on Eico 666 tube tester. The 6N1P is a small signal dual triode intended for use as a line level amplifier or driver in high quality audio amplifiers. Features include very low distortion, medium transconductance, higher plate voltage, dissipation rating and larger cathode than 6DJ8 types. Many sellers claim that 6N1P tube is 6DJ8/6922 equivalent.
