LOW RESOLUTION CMOS CAMERA MODULE Manufactured by Vision, these are a low resolution digital cmos image sensor, that were utilised by colour webcams. We dont know a great deal about them, but the paperwork - (which we include a copy of with each sensor we sell) - for the sensor module itself says the following: STANDARD IMAGE FORMAT 160 X 120. 164 X124 BAYER PATERN COLOUR PIXEL ARRAY. 8 BIT AND 4 BIT CONVERSION MODES. 8 WIRE AND 4 WIRE PARALLEL DATA OUTPUT MODES. Automatic exposure, gain controller and automatic black level calibration which enables the use of a single fixed-aperture lens. Maybe fun for experimenting with, on the other hand if any manufacturer can utilise them, please contact us - we have thousands !
