This filter is NOS from an instrument manufacturer. The filter separates a band of Cyan, by reflecting it at right angles to the incidence light, while transmitting nearly all of the Mid Green, Yellow and Red. This is a difficult filter to realize. It has many applications such as to resolve the 488nm from 515nm output of an Argon laser. This Dichroic will do this well in Polarized light. It also would be very effective at laser excitation of a multi-color speciman, being excited at 488nm, or 515nm Argon, with Green, Yellow and Red signal reflected. filter specifications follow: Reflection band 470 to 510nm with average of 95+%, Transmission in the band 530 to >6500 nm with average of 80% transmission, Size 25.4X36.6 mm, Substate material is Boro Glass.
