This mill is a small CNC tabletop mill with cast iron frame, table and slides. It is extremely precise and can easily handle tolerances of +/-0.001. The mill was converted to a WELLSOFT operating system, which can use unlimited code. (http://www.welsoft.co.uk/) It has a MasterCam post (included) and there are also many other posts that can be used. The mill also includes the tool holders and collets in the pictures. It also includes an operation manual. The mill uses a standard pentium one or better computer system for running the WELLSOFT software (computer/software not included - software available at website seen above). The control for the mill is in excellent condition and is included with the mill. The previous owner told me that the machine was fully rebuilt by Amanus from North Carolina approximately 2 years ago. The ball screws and bearing are in excellent working order with a standard backlash of .001 (the software compensates for this). The table of the mill is flat and in perfect condition. The paint is in good condition. This machine has been very well kept and is ready for years of work. I've started up the spindle and it runs smooth and quiet. The machine is 110 Volts, has Inch/Metric programming, Horizontal or Vertical Head position, Table Travel is X=7.87", Y=3.94", Z=7.87", Table size is 16.54" x 4.92", Max.
