This listing is for 1 adapter as shown. The adapter includes an in-line lead wire at least 5 feet long. The wire insulator is electric blue. The wire is terminated with a Molex 4-position connector as shown in photo. The other two positions in the Molex connector are empty. This configuration will power a 12Volt device that you would normally install in a computer (light, fan, etc.).
